Chimpo -- before I was using a Canon SD750 to record my videos. The HD is a big improvement, however you need to use a program to re-encode the video, the m4p format that Flip uses sucks when you upload to YouTube. It's better to re-encode it to .mpeg then upload. Looks much clearer on YouTube when you do.

Other than that minor inconvenience, the Flip Video is pretty sweet.

Were you using a Flip before this one? Is the HD a marked improvement? I've been thinking about getting one.
