The HD is a big improvement, however you need to use a program to re-encode the video, the m4p format that Flip uses sucks when you upload to YouTube. It's better to re-encode it to .mpeg then upload. Looks much clearer on YouTube when you do. Other than that minor inconvenience, the Flip Video is pretty sweet.
