No real issues or problems. Sometimes you hear a clicking noise inside the buttkicker is on and no one is sitting on the couch- which I just think it's because their is no weight on the couch to support the movement. When I last looked they were all wired systems that were bolted/attached to individual chairs or couches. This looks way better as far as ease of instillation and I like that it's wireless as well. I note it is priced at $299 on Amazon.com as well, but might as well buy it direct from the company given your coupon.
