Fall is absolutely gorgeous in Kansas City. I took these photos walking through the neighborhood on a sunny weekend afternoon. There were a few days in October and November when me and my friends just drove around to check out all the gorgeous trees around the neighborhood.

Engaging online through usage of my personal blog is both beneficial from a research perspective for work as well as a personal brand perspective in regards to outreach for myself and the company. Furthermore, using "company time" during the work day to blog is permitted- in regards to our social media policy at DEG.
