The Steve ‘Jobs’ movie is pretty good- but not great.

I had a fun night with fellow ‪#‎geeks‬ (thanks Shabby Hats, you rock!) watching the premiere of the movie Steve ‘Jobs‘! My thoughts? If you’re a geek gotta see it. But it’s not nearly as engaging for the average everyday person like The Social Network Movie. Wait till it’s a rental if you’re not that into tech.

It’s interesting the movie focused so much on his entrepreneurship and early years- but not at all on the “i” years (iMac, iPod, iPhone etc, the movie stops in the mid-1990s). And hat-tip to Ashton, he played the role well.

All in all a good but not great flick (for #geeks mostly).

  1. Ramsey–I definitely agree with you! I saw it with my fellow group of “geeks” in Nashville and had the same impression. I thought it was interesting to see the early years of Apple, but would have like a little more. I’ll have to check out the Social Network Movie you recommend. Thanks!
