I’ve been a HUGE fan of this new iPhone app called HDR Pro, that takes some amazing pictures. Check out the one i took at the top with my phone:

And I’m also obsessed with another iPhone photo app called 360. Look at the stitched/panoramic photos i shot with my iPhone:

BTW, my mic + audio got jacked, so you’ll noticed i had to re-dub the last parts of the audio on the later cuts in video. [sigh]

I also think it’s cool that foursquare tells you how far you’ve traveled!

I had to use some Photoshop on this photo below to fix the graffiti on the garage door. I still have so much to learn when it comes to really learning how to use all of the features in Photoshop. This garage was such a cool backdrop, but the “extra” words someone spray-painted on it had to go. Used some clone stamp magic to fix this photo

‎I also took this picture of the postman while walking the streets in snowy Boston (again, took this with my point-n-shoot S95, using the tilt-shift feature. the more i learn how to use the features of this camera, the more i love it)

The top two photos below have the “tilt-shift” effect applied, something that’s an option on the camera. Pretty neat huh?

This weekend I toured the new Kansas City soccer stadium being built for the Wizards (it’s still under construction till June 2011). I shot a quick ‘n short video blog to show you what the progress on the construction looks like. It’s impressive isn’t it!? I played soccer growing up (through high school), so I’ve always been a big fan. This stadium is GOING TO BE INCREDIBLE! (i’m excited for it, if you can’t tell). *update*, the Kansas City Wizards blog has linked to this.

This was my POV at “the office” one of the days I was working in Chicago. The weather was so incredibly nice, it made you smile. And, I had a decent view, right off a small street called Michigan Ave

I also shot 2 video blogs and posted them to YouTube. I went behind the scenes in the garage’s -AND- captured what it’s like on race day, at the Kansas Speedway.

Since I’ve purchased my Canon S90, I’ve learned that my point-and-shoot camera can produce awesome results. You don’t need to buy an expensive DSLR to get fun and awesome photos. Take for instance, this one. This photo was taken right outside of Wrigley Field, walking out of a 7-Eleven. We were just making a quick pit-stop and as we were walking out I pulled out my camera for a quick action shot (from my hip). Doesn’t this photo remind you of a movie poster? It’s the candid facial expressions from my friends, that make this seemingly like a scene from a movie. I really like this one. I’ve learned that my favorite photos are just fantastic accidents that happen to have really good timing. I took this photo when I was in Chicago. We were out, riding in a taxi cab, and I thought it would be fun to try to capture “in motion” photo by sticking my hand out the window. Pretty cool huh? I snapped this photo during the Girl Talk concert here in Kansas City at the Crossroads KC (Grinder’s). The concert was incredibly fun. If you’ve never heard of Girl Talk, don’t let his name throw you off. He’s a fun mashup DJ from Pennsylvania. I was walking into a friend’s apartment, looked up, and was awestruck with this bright moon in the sky! This is the back alley right behind JP Wine Bar (I took this with my point-n-shoot). Pretty cool huh? Kinda eerie?
